The ground floor for this building was left derelict for decades, and goes way back to the Victorian era. The new programme was to propose a cafe. The design concept uses a traditional Victorian tea party as inspiration with piano pieces as table settings throughout the space. There are two main focal points within the café these being a traditional Victorian cooker and a grand buffet table.
