This project was to redesign a derelict building using a dual-purpose programme within a design concept. The idea was to use the space as a chair-making workshop using health experts as the main designers to develop the ideal ergonomic chair for the client. Within two stories, this space will incorporate a café, roof terrace, wood workshop, therapy rooms and garden area – changing in the evening to a high-end restaurant.
